By ordering from SamHill Bakes you acknowledge and accept the term and conditions outlined below.
Payment for Custom Cakes & Cupcakes orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If we haven't received your deposit within 5 days of you placing your order, you are not booked in. The remaining 50% is required 7 days before the collection date - please note that your order will not be released if there is money owing on your order. Payment instructions are included on the quote and invoice.
Changes for Custom Cakes & Cupcakes orders
Changes can be made to your order up to 2 weeks prior to your collection date. Changes may incur additional costs. If you need to change the collection date, please advise us as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your order less than 72 hours prior to collection date, you will be liable for the full amount of the order.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please contact hello@samhillbakes.co.nz within 48 hours. For refund purposes, we require the order to be returned within 3 days of the event or collection date. If you are unable to return the uneaten cake, a refund may not be given.
Photos
SamHill Bakes reserves the right to take photos of their work and use them for advertising purposes. The photos may be uses for advertising on social media (e.g Facebook, Instagram etc) but only after the event has taken place.
Dietary and Allergy Information
We create and bake from our registered home kitchen in Mt Albert, Auckland operating under a Food Control Plan with Auckland City Council and MPI.
We currently don't offer allergen free options as food items are prepared in a kitchen where allergens (including but not limited to gluten, eggs, milk and nuts) are used.
